1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and oren33 ("Company", "we"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the oren33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions in these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision in these Terms, you are required not to use our platform. Continued use after any amendment is published means you accept the amended terms.

2Registration Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use oren33 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

3Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — including using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the rejection of any outstanding withdrawals.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. oren33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence. Contact our customer service immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

oren33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency, which is converted at the current rate.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Standard withdrawal processing times are between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.

Before a withdrawal is processed, players may be required to complete an identity verification procedure (KYC). Withdrawals will only be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by management.

5Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by oren33 are subject to wagering requirements and specific guidelines stated alongside each offer. Failure to meet these requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus being cancelled.

The oren33 welcome bonus gives a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to RM888. This bonus requires wagering 10 times the bonus value before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, with an account balance of RM250 and a wagering requirement of RM1,500 (RM150 × 10). A deposit of RM1,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM888, with a balance of RM2,088 and a wagering requirement of RM8,880 (RM888 × 10).

6Game Rules

All games provided by oren33 — including online slots, live casino, sic bo, sports betting and table games — have their own rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

oren33 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for relevant games to ensure the fairness of every game round. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during an active game, oren33 reserves the right to cancel the affected round and return the bet to the player's account balance. No other replacement or compensation will be given in such situations.

7Player Conduct

All players are required to behave respectfully towards other players and oren33 staff at all times. Offensive, threatening or abusive language is prohibited across all communication channels including live chat and support email.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Colluding or cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities or payment errors for personal gain.
• Uploading or distributing harmful, fraudulent or unlawful content.
• Committing identity fraud or using another person's information without authorisation.

8Privacy and Data Security

12Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
